From May 29 to 30, the 2023 annual meeting of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, Power Tools Branch was successfully held in Qidong, Jiangsu Province. EVE was elected as the vice chairman unit and joined hands with the power tool industry to achieve high-quality development.
Liu Jianhua from Shanghai Power Tools Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., Gu Zhiping, chairman of Dongcheng Power Tools, Pan Shunfang, secretary-general of the Power Tools Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, Liu Jianhua, CEO of EVE, Zhao Jian, general manager of cylindrical battery sales center, and nearly 260 tool industry experts attended the meeting to jointly discuss the development of the industry.
At the meeting, Liu Jianhua, CEO of EVE, delivered a keynote speech on "High-quality Development, Building a Green Tool Industry Chain", saying that high-quality development is EVE's strategic choice, EVE has always adhered to building a high-level industrial development platform through technological innovation, extreme manufacturing and professional services, and will work with the industry to build a green tool industry chain to facilitate the high-quality development of the industry. EVE provides comprehensive solutions that continue to be recognized by industry customers, participate in the formulation of industry standards, continuously promote technological innovation, and respond to global market demand with sufficient production capacity.
At present, EVE's comprehensive cylindrical battery solutions cover 14/18/21/33/40/46 sizes, energy type, rate type, long cycle type, etc. that can match all scenarios. Nearly 2 billion cylindrical batteries have provided to the world, serving the world's top ten garden tools and power tool brands, and won unanimous praise from industry customers. Up to now, EVE’s tool battery shipments rank top three in the world.
Mr. Liu shared that with the rapid development of lightweight power tools and electrification of garden tools, EVE will realize the innovative tabless structure, empower the tool industry, effectively reduce internal resistance by 60~70%, increase rate discharge by 40~50%, and reduce temperature rise by 20~30%. The previously released 21700 40PL can replace the 18650 1P/2P/3P battery pack or 21700 1P/2P battery pack in the field of professional and industrial tools, better meeting the application needs of lightweight and miniaturization.
At present, EVE has deployed in Huizhou (Guangdong Province), Jingmen (Hubei Province), Ningbo (Zhejiang Province) and Malaysia, to build a "4+N" cylindrical battery production bases to respond to global market demand with sufficient production capacity.
