Held in Shanghai from December 2nd to 5th, Marintec China 2025 served as a premier global maritime platform. EVE Energy, a pioneer in China's marine lithium battery sector, seized this stage to unveil its CCS-certified Full-time Active Balancing BMS and Independent Thermal Runaway Gas Venting System. The company also announced strategic partnerships with Royal Van der Leun Groep B.V., Green Whale Technology B.V., and Nantong Chengrui Battery Technology Co., Ltd., showcasing its comprehensive capabilities in marine battery safety, system integration, and global ecosystem development.
Technology Leadership: Setting New Standards with Certified Safety
As the global shipping industry accelerates its green transition, electrification faces a critical hurdle: ensuring the longevity, reliability, and ultimate safety of battery systems in demanding marine environments.
EVE Energy's newly launched Full-time Active Balancing BMS tackles the issue of reduced system capacity caused by cell inconsistency. It employs high-precision monitoring and proactive "energy transfer" between cells, enhancing overall usable capacity and cycle life for greater operational economy and reliability.

Addressing the paramount concern of thermal runaway, the Independent Thermal Runaway Gas Venting System integrates sensitive detection with a rapid response mechanism. It can identify hazards and initiate powerful ventilation (up to 400 m³/h) within 30 seconds, effectively dispersing dangerous gases to mitigate secondary risks and bolster onboard safety. Both systems have received formal recognition from the China Classification Society (CCS), validating their reliability for marine applications. The certificate presentation was officiated by CCS representatives and accepted by EVE Energy's management team.
Building Ecosystem Synergy for a Greener Future
The value of leading technology is realized through strong industry collaboration. The partnerships forged at the event mark a strategic step in EVE Energy's global expansion and supply chain integration, reflecting its commitment to open cooperation and shared growth.
By joining forces with European partners Royal Van der Leun Groep B.V., Green Whale Technology B.V., and domestic specialist Nantong Chengrui, EVE Energy combines resources and expertise to advance sustainable shipping solutions worldwide.

These alliances underscore EVE Energy's evolution from a leading battery supplier to an "industrial ecosystem builder" and a "global partner for zero-carbon shipping." The company believes that uniting with exceptional partners across the value chain is key to scaling innovative technologies and expanding the industry's potential.
Looking ahead, EVE Energy will continue to leverage its eight years of real-world marine application experience. Grounded in innovation and open collaboration, the company is dedicated to providing safer, longer-lasting, and more reliable clean power solutions, working with partners globally to steer the shipping industry toward a greener, smarter, and sustainable future.
